RouseUp provides a direct in-app and web account deletion path. When you delete your account, your profile data (name, email, avatar, Google ID), authenticated session tokens, and analytics association are permanently purged.

What data exists, and where

Local on-device data: RouseUp stores your alarms, workout completion history, streaks, achievement badges, and application preferences entirely in private, sandboxed local storage on your phone. Camera video frames and body-pose landmarks are evaluated in RAM only and are never saved anywhere.

Server-side account record: On our secure database server, we store your Google Sign-In record: your full name, email address, profile picture URL, unique Google user identifier, and session tokens — see our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How to delete your local data

Deleting your local workout logs and alarms means removing them from your device:

  1. Uninstall the App — this immediately removes the App and all of its local databases from your device; or
  2. Clear its storage without uninstalling — on your Android device, go to Settings → Apps → RouseUp → Storage → Clear Storage. This wipes all alarms, workout history, and local preferences while keeping the App installed.

Deleting your account & server data

In-App Deletion (Immediate & Self-Service): You can delete your RouseUpaccount directly inside the App without contacting support: open Profile → Delete Accountand confirm. This immediately and irreversibly:

Web / Email Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your device, email us at creativeappslab29@gmail.com from the Google email address you used to sign in, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will manually process and permanently purge your account records within 7 business days and send confirmation.
